Lily O' Neill is an Irish designer who holds a Bachelors Degree in Costume Design from the Institute of Art Design and Technology Dún Laoghaire, (IADT).

Since graduating Lily has gained experience in multiple Departments on a variety of projects, ranging from art department on feature films, (Tis The Season To Be Irish) to breakdown and costume trainee for major television shows (Corked, The Faceless Lady)  and head production designer on two Irish television shows, ( Grá ar An Trá, CLUB Airéine).

Although Lily majored in Costume Design, she has a fierce interest in puppetry and mask making. She has made and designed several types of puppets and masks, for theatre as well as screen.

Ranging from marionettes, to basic rod puppets. Lily has a passion for design and making, be it in costume, production or character.
